we work with trusted international carriers and local couriers to bring your new cream right to your door—quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. During peak times or holiday seasons, this may extend slightly.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Location: Estimated Shipping Time (Business Days)

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 6–8 days

  • New Zealand (NZ): 8–12 days

  • Singapore (SG): 5–6 days

  • South Africa (ZA): 8–10 days

  • Canada (CA): 6–9 days

  • Australia (AU): 5–9 days

  • United States (US): 6–10 days

  • United Kingdom (UK): 5–8 days

  • Germany (DE): 6–10 days

Note: Delivery time is after the 1–3 day processing period.

Shipping Info

  • All orders ship with tracking numbers.

  • You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email once your package is dispatched.

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive separately.

  • We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Delays & Exceptions

 While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, unexpected delays can happen due to customs, weather, public holidays, or local disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customs & Duties

Import taxes, duties, or customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Ocean Miracles. If a package is refused due to these fees, you may be responsible for return shipping and charges incurred.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

We rely on the carrier’s tracking info to confirm delivery. If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@oceanmiracles.com within 48 hours with a photo or video so we can help resolve it quickly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order enters processing, we are unable to change the shipping details.
